Hi all

Ive got an iphone 4s locked to Vodaphone, the network is expensive so I have decided to get a sim card on Tesco mobile which is a lot cheaper. I know I should of done my research prior but im finding it harder to unlock my iphone then I first thought.

Basically what I want to know is how do I unlock my iphone for free ? I would go down the jailbreak route but I upgraded my firmware to version 5.1 and there doesnt seem to be a jailbreak for that version. If I cant unlock for free is there a way I can downgrade my OS back to 5.0, I heard apple put a security setting on the 4s to stop people from downgrading.

I cant ring my service provider because I owe them money.

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks

Aiden
