Carrier iPhone unlocks AT&T, Verizon to work to t-mobile

Just want to confirm before i head out.

I can either get A&T and or Verizon unlocked to work with t-mobile.

Now is there anything special they have to do at the store? or do i just got home connect it to itunes and restore it?
