I have an iPhone 3gs that had 4.0 fimware on it. I went to update it to 4.3. Durring the update my stupid pc crashed and when I turned my iPhone back on it showed the connect to iTunes screen.

I restarted my pc rebooted iTunes and when I plugged my iPhone in it showed that it had nothing on it and that it needed to be restored. :(
Thankfully I had my phone backed up right before I tried to update.

The problem now is that when I restored my computer froze again while it was putting all my contacts and other backed up data back onto my phone.

I still have the update data on my computer but when I restore it ends up taking space on my hard drive. I had about 2 gb free when I started and 1/3 of the way through it stopped saying I have insufficent data to restore my iphone. I've managed to free up more 8.5 gb of data on my hard drive and I'm wondering if this will work.

Is there anyway I can transfer the backup data to another computer and restore it from there?

I need help, I have no idea what to do.
