iPhone Upgrade Program, can't get business acct info

So I'm trying to order a new phone 7 through the Apple iPhone Upgrade program (applecare, new phone every year), but can't since my phone is paid for by my company and they wont give me the billing info. I want to pay for the phone myself, but want my company to continue to pay for my cell phone plan, is there any way around this? TIA
