Pretty self-explanatory - is it possible to sign up for the iPhone upgrade program and have Apple bill your credit/debit card, or is the cost added to your wireless bill?

I bought my iPhone 7 last year and paid full price so I am upgrade eligible on AT&T.

If you use the iPhone Upgrade Program from Apple directly, you will not have a device payment on your carrier’s bill.

Your credit card (no debit cards accepted) will be charged monthly by Citizen One for the personal loan installment amount.

You need a credit card when you first sign up. Then log into Citizen One's account (create an account with your loan number and stuff), then change it to ACH to be withdrawn directly from your bank account.
