I’m not sure if this question has been answered yet so apologies in advance. I preordered and received an iPhone 12 Pro 128BG Silver today and am having some buyers remorse over the color. If I can find a store with the color I’d rather have in stock, is it Uber complicated to exchange because of the Upgrade Program? For instance, is Verizon going to say I’m ineligible because I already have a new phone or does it not matter because I’m not really going through them? Will it just be as simple as canceling the orecently opened loan for the Silver Pro and getting a new one for different one? Any help or thoughts here would be appreciated! The trouble is also I can’t preorder one for pick up because my phone is already enrolled in the upgrade program so I’m no longer eligible.
