iPhone X iPhone upgrade program prices

Are the monthly payment prices listed for the i.u.p. include everything. For example the $49.91 monthly payment for iPhone XS 64 gb is the actual price I pay without any hidden fees or additional cost

I’m thinking of signing up but I don’t want to find out later that tax is not included, and AppleCare is not included in the price.

There are no hidden fees. It included regular full price of phone and AppleCare+. You must pay first month and tax on entire purchase upfront. I bought XS Max 64GB and paid about $170 upfront. 11 payments to go till I can upgrade again.
