I am on IUP and will be upgrading my iPhone. Yesterday I have received text and emails saying that the phone will be ready and to be at the store at the specific time. So there is no issue there. I have wet on apple.com to check order and it also states that that phone is ready for pick up. However there is an additional message. It says "TRADEIN_DELAYED_FOR_PICKUP_UPGRADE_INSTORE" . It located between hyperlinks to trade in instructions which still state to bring old phone to the store and pickup instructions. The same message shows up when using Safari or Chrome. When checking order using Apple Store app there is no message like this. I am curious if others saw the same message on their orders?

I see that too. I am wondering if they are going to have us mail in our trade-in rather than trading the phone in on the spot so as to limit the time we spend in the store?

Yeah, I am wondering the same thing. There is still hyperlink that shows trade in instructions (says to bring phone to trade in). If we have to send in in I will be disappointed since this is reason I choose store pick up, to have trade in completed and loan closed on the day I pickup the phone. But if this is the case, they should have communicated that on the day it was ordered and send an email saying the same.
