Just curious if anyone knows this.

So I bought my 6S in October, how would I trade it in by September next year? I remember reading after 6 months you can make future payments?

Also, if I exchange my 6S bc of a defect down the line, will it still be eligible to trade it in or does the iPhone serial and IMEI have to match the box when you trade it in a year later? Thanks everyone.

For the 2nd question, because the iUP includes the apple care plus it does not need to match the box. Plus I think you are only trading in the device anyways. I'm not aware that you have to trade in the whole thing.

I think for the 1st question, I think you have to fulfill 12 payments in order to be eligible for again next year. Or what some carrier calls it, pay to upgrade.
