From what I understand as long as you are already enrolled in IUP then it is a soft pull when you go to upgrade. Last year I didn't have a hard pull when I upgraded, and wanted to check for this year.

For the iPhone 12 Pro users out there that already have phones, did you see a hard pull for upgrades?

Does anyone get rejected as long as you are in "good" standing paying your installments, etc.?

I think it's a hit or miss for the hard pull this year. I've read some who were a long time iUP for years since it's inception, got a hard pull this year. I started iUP since the iPhone 7/7Plus and ever since, it was always a soft pull. I did pre-order iPhone 12 Pro but I purchased the sim-free model full price so I can't speak of that. I do plan on pre-ordering the 12 Pro Max next Friday so I'll have to check out the pre-approval. I do expect a hard pull this year for me but I wouldn't be surprised.
