So my coworker and I have noticed this twice this year...NYTimes Puzzle app has offered 75% sale off an annual sub. However, when I click on the 75% banner, my price is $50/year on my iPhone.

My coworker (who has a Pixel), has a price of $20/year for the same exact promo.

Anyone else see similar price gauging for iOS devices?

Are you both logged in with a subscription already active? I notice your price is basically the same as the Android user's -- just without the 1st year discount. If you already have an active subscription, maybe NYTimes doesn't let you signup for a special subscription offer?

No active subscription...

EDIT: To add, another Android user in my office has the same offer has my coworker ($20/year vs. my $50/year).
