I am traveling right now and I don’t want to get charged a daily fee from my carrier for using data abroad.

I tried disabling cellular data and roaming, also WiFi assist but iPhone would still use around 1~2 KB every hour or so. Sometimes it says for “DNS services”, sometimes for “Cellular services” and sometimes third party apps.

I do not want to turn off the line because if I do then WiFi calling also stops, and can’t go airplane mode because I got another line running that I use.

Only fix I have gotten to so far is to pick a carrier via manual search that my carrier isn’t a partner with so isn’t allowed access but this seems to be killing the battery fast.
