Iphone Viber texts/calls to Australia

My daughter is currently living in Australia.
I have an iphone4 with O2 in UK.
She has an iphone4 with Vodaphone Australia.
For the last six week-up until two days ago, we had successfully texting and calling each other with Viber. However, for the last two days it has not work.
I feel like my right arm has been cut off.
I have uninstalled and re-installed Viber. This had no effect.
I can still Viber message my husband in the UK succesfully.
Any ideas??????

It shows a message is sent. But never moves on to delivered and she cannot see it.
If I call it seems to ring at this end however does not at her end.....

Use skype for the time being or other apps like viber, there is tango and some others.

Could you please try and describe the problem with more details?
Which error message exactly do you see?

Also - have you tried testing Viber when both sides are connected to a few different WiFi networks? (in order to determine the source of the problem).

I'm having the exact same problem, with my friend in Australia. Did you ever find out what the problem is/was?

When you text, "Delivered" means the message has been received on the other side's phone (they're online). If you only see "Sent", it means it's been sent from you, but pending the other side to come online (they're offline at the moment). So, if messages remain at "Sent" and do not become "Delivered", you might want to check with your destination contact whether or not they are connected to the internet.
