iphone vibrate - 2.0

is anyone else's vibrate function seem a heck of a lot weaker since the
2.0 update? when my phone vibrates, i can barely feel it vibrate..even when its in my hand. i'm pretty positive that it was much stronger.

also, where is the vibrator? i'm only feeling it faintly at the top of the iphone
and again i could swear the whole thing used to vibrate.

update: I just read on the interweb that
Powering down the phone and then powering up
Will solve the issue.
Well I did that... and it worked. Vibrate back to
Full power.
