I dunno if anyone has noticed but you can only use the standard wide angle lens to record 4K at 60FPS. When you try to zoom in it will only do a digital zoom. You can use the other lenses when you change the frame rate to with 30 or 24 FPS. I have called Apple about this and the only thing they can tell me is that using the other lenses at 60fps is coming at a future update.

I have confirmed this is true on both the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 pro. I have the pro max and my wife has the 11.

You can use all the lenses in 4K 60 FPS. Just tap the icon vs scrolling through. For some reason it only shows 1 lens icon vs the 3
 
Thank you for letting me know. Wonder why you can’t scroll like you can when taking photos.
 
Not sure the reasoning, I'm sure it's out there somewhere I just haven't found it, but yes once you start recording a 4k 60 video you are locked to that lens. All other video modes can switch lenses during video recording as far as I know.
