iPhone video converter (on iPhone, not for iPhone)

Are there any good video converters for iPhone (App store or Cydia, more likely Cydia)? I haven't found anything on google or mroogle. If there is anything, please let me know.

Probably not, the iPhone doesn't really have the power to convert video.

OK. How might one use handbrake to convert video not on a dvd? I have tried choosing the file from the "source" pane, and it won't work.
