Any good sites or videos with tips on when to switch between the different video quality settings (HD/4K 24, 30, 60, etc.)?

I’ve been using iPhone’s for years but never took the time to educate myself on the different quality settings, and when to use them. Photo/video novice here.

Only YouTube comes to mind. 4K takes up more space on your iPhone but offers the best quality. I would use 4K for planned videos that you plan to keep, 1080p for the casual videos....

If you plan to shoot in 4K especially if your are travelling make sure you have a power bank to charge the battery with you, it drains the battery big time even on the new iPhone 11 Pro's. Agreed with the post above, when shooting at night go for 30 or 24 fps.
