iPhone Video Recorder - crashes 3.0

Everything was fine on jailbroke 3G with v3.0 of software for 3 days with 5 row doc & 5 row reg, SBS, a background - no theme, and QIK. I added iPhone Video Recorder and now am getting crashes and can not even OPEN cydia.. bummer...
