iPhone Visual Voice Mail on Jailbroken iphone

I bought an iphone from some one. I did not get it through att. I was wondering if there was a way to get Visual Voice mail. The only thing i get when i tap on voicmail is it dials my to my voice mail. Is there a way to get visual voice mail on a jailbroken iphone?

Do you have the AT&T iPhone data plan? Visual voicemail requires the iPhone data plan to work..

I dont have a data plan. But if i get one do i have to get the iphone contract or just the data plan?

Visual voicemail is only enabled for iPhone plans.

sadly that's an at&t feature, not an iphone feature

Sounds like you have a JB iPhone w/unlock with T-Mobile. T-Mobile doesn't have iPhone Visual Voicemail...
