I am interested in the iphone, and may pick the 4gb up at the store. I am wondering though, when I use it with my bluetooth, does the iphone have voice recognition so I can simply say who I want to call, and it will call withough me touching the screen?

No, the iPhone does not currently have voice dialing. It could be added by Apple in a software update in the future, but there's no guarantee.
I really am hoping for this... would be especially useful for while in the car!
I don't see any reason why Apple couldn't add this in, iPhone can definitely handle it. Let's hope it comes soon... starting to get fed up there have been no real updates yet.
