Hi Guys,

I am currently using my iPhone as a stereo in my car and as I don't have a head unit it plugs straight into my amps via the Apple Composite cable. It works well apart from the volume bar disappears and puts it straight to full volume (which on my 800w RMS system, made me poop =S ).

So I was wondering if there is any way to force the iPhone volume control to stay when connected.

I am running iOS 4.1 jaikbroken.

Regards
JM

No, this is because the dock connector uses the line-out settings. It is a hard coded setting that the user cannot change.
