Iphone VPN certificate

Hi

I have an Iphone 3g, v3,0
I am using the MAC Iphone configuration utility to setup my profile, and I need to connect to my work exchange server through a VPN tunnel

The VPN tunnel is IPSEC with a certificate authentication.
Now things get tough.

My VPN certificate is in a .pcf format (the only VPN format that I know of),
and when I try to import that certificate into the Credentials tab, I cannot do so.

Can you please advise on how to do this?
