If you Google the wanna-be iPhone, iOrgane you can find pictures and there website about it. They disregarded copyright infringement. What do you think Apple is going to do, if anything?

I will post more about it since I am posting this from my iPhone.

More info on the Phone:

They'll probably ignore it, these knock offs really have little impact on market perception and most are outside of their sphere of lawful influence.

I think you are right because when I went to the Philippines I saw a lot of iPod look-a-likes and I never heard Apple do anything about them.

If you watch the video on the website you posted; in the comments section you will see how bad that phone sucks. It is not even a real full-touch screen, you have to use a crappy stylus. The screen looks like crap. it came in the exact same box it comes in from AT&T in the US. It has the same iPhone icons. It looks like the first iPhone. I would not mind throwing that phone at someone if they tried to rob me.
