iPhone wall/car chargers..??

A couple of questions..

1. In the car I've got a 2.1A/1A dual USB charger. Will it hurt an iPhone 5 to charge in the 2.1A port?

2. Are there any substitutes that anyone has had good experience with for the Apple 5W wall charger and/or lightning cable for iPhone 5? I need a few extra charging setups for around the home, at work, etc. and can't see spending $40 ($20 for 5W single USB wall charger and $20 for lightning cable) for each setup.

Not sure about the car one, but I would highly recommend not purchasing third party charges/cables, it never ends well.

Thanks. That's what I figured most would say - was just taking a shot. Best I could probably do is around $32 or so for the combo (wall charger/lightning cable if I go through amazon. Eh..
