So i checked my warranty status on Apple and dont get what the second line means. Complimentary service till 2010, if my warranty expires 2009!?

"Our records indicate that your product is covered under Apple's Limited Warranty which is estimated to expire on September 19, 2009.

Your product is eligible for complimentary phone support which is estimated to expire on September 20, 2010."

I believe it means this:

The iPhone hardware is warranteed for a year. If it breaks down by itself, it's replaced during that time. After a year, you don't have a hardware warranty any more.

But since you're in a two year phone contract, you still get to have over-the-phone assistance.
