iphone was water logged then ran over in a car park.... i need help on backing up

hi guys,

When i was shopping, my iphone fell out of my pocket in the rain and fell in a puddle (i didnt notice) someone handed it in to the store reception and it had been ran over.

so,

my iphone is squashed and water logged.

it wont boot up, wont take a charge, screen smashed etc....

This is were i need the help

is there any way of taking the backup that itunes made and copying it to my new replacment iphone?

i really need my notes and pictures from the old phone.

i know you gus can help
