Somebody help me please. I was doing work outside yesterday trying to fix the dock actually, when i realized my iPhone was still in my bloody pocket. Instantly I jumped out ran up stairs and put it in a bowl of rice. This morning i went to check on it and it turned on but its in recovery mode right now. I plugged it in my computer and it popped up saying i have to restore it to its default settings. When i tried doing this it went through the restoration with no problems and i got that message that says your iPhone has been returned to its default settings but when it reboots itself its back in recovery mode. Did I fry my phone? or is there a way to fix this? Cause i cant afford to buy another....

Thanks for the reply!
Should it be sealed? i just had it in an aluminum bowl with rice (no cover)

IIRC, the rice works better at removing the moisture from the iPhone if they're in a sealed container (like a bowl with a lid, or a ziploc bag).
