iPhone White Eyes

Can someone please give me any tips on how to fix white eye taken from an iPhone. The red-eye feature on iPhoto doesn't seem to work, I've tried some online photo editing programs with no such luck. I've attached the picture, any help would be appreciated!

That's red eye.
Press edit on your iPhone and use the red eye correction tool to fix it.
