Now if I remember reading the Leopard preview site correctly, 10.5 will be including a feature that allows users to create widgets with incredible ease. Drag and drop stuff. We also know the iPhone semi-supports widgets and we can sync almost anything to the phone via iTunes. How about a widget sync incorporated into this? It's very possible since it's not 3rd party, the device has the capability to be able to pull it off and why not?

The app that 'makes widgets easy' is called Dashcode and all ADC members (it is free to become one) can now download it.

Yet, apple has come out in saying something to the effect of... you can't put your own widgets on the iPhone. I am not sure what exactly was said but the current word is you wont be able to do that.
