Hello all.

I have an iPhone 4S 16 gb.
On a regular basis it looses wifi and cellular connection. The strange thing is that it still shows up as connected to either wifi or 3G but it clearly is not. Safari won't load, email won't arrive etc.
Switching airplane mode on and off doesn't work. The only action that does is a network reset or a hard reset of the phone. It then kicks back into life for an period of time before going offline again.
I did a diagnosis test via Apple and it came back that my phone has "power issues". My battery certainly drains quickly but I put that down to iOS7.
I guess my question is, does anyone think a battery replacement would fix my wifi and cellular problems, or does is sound like it's something else.
Thanks in advance.
