iPhone Wifi Sync set with Verizon Comp?

My friend recently got an iPhone from Verizon. They had activated it in store. When, I go to the iPhone's Wifi Sync setting in the Settings App, it lists the Verizon computer that it was activated on as the computer it is set to sync with.

Can she change that without resetting her iPhone?
