Iphone will frezze on 2nd reboot on all jb,s

Hi to all,this is a real head mash,i swapped logic boards the other day one was jb the other was not. When i turned the phone on with the jb logic board in it did not boot, so i tried putting it in restore mode it was a non starter nothing was showing up on the phone or any beeps. So i put the non jb logic back in and the same thing happened (this was working before hand), so i tried DFU mode which thankfully works , i used Redsn0w like i always do but when after putting it into dfu mode on the 2ND reboot it just hangs, any ideas. Many thanks for reading.

Things i have tried :

taking the usb out and putting back in
using different jb ie ; Winpwn - Quickpwn
Ibooterwin just tells me i am in DFU

Iphone 2G.

Edit: tried to restore in itunes it comes back with error 1601.
