Iphone will not go to landscape view!

Ok so my wife reads a lot on her iphone using kindle/stanza...well today her iphone decides it will not go into portrait mode..we turned it off and on..still no luck...even while browsing her webpage will not change if she turns her phone sideways....any ideas?

Your accellerometer could be bad, but I've never heard of that being faulty. You could try a restore in DFU mode (link in my sig) and if that doesn't work then take it to the Apple store.

BTW, click edit and go advanced and change the title of your thread. It says right there not to use titles like "help please." You'll get more help with a better title.


Edit: I forgot that there's a free app called Checkup that you can use to check the accellerometer.
