My troubles began when I went to my carrier, C Spire, to receive a 4G LTE SIM card. As soon as the SIM card was inserted, I immediately lost all carrier related services. My data still works, but I am unable to receive/make phone calls and text messages.

I've tried everything.

C Spire's customer support was unable to rectify the issue. An Apple senior advisor tried everything he could think of; he wants to replace the phone. However, this would use one of my Applecare+ replacements.

I really do not want to do that. If it helps, MY phone number in my contacts and settings says " 1 (234) 567-890". Network settings resets, hard resets and complete restores both with and without the SIM card have not worked. I was previously able to use the phone on 3G without a SIM card.

Any ideas?
