Help!!

I had difficulty syncing my phone when i 1st got it, but figured out it was due to conflict with my antivirus, and disabling it solved the problem.

Now it's back, my iPhone 4, running IOS 4.3.3, firmware 04.10.01, will not show in iTunes. It charges on connection to the USB port, & is detected correctly by Windows Vista.

I have tried;
Restarting phone / iTunes / Windows
Removing and re-installing iTunes
Updating iTunes (latest version is now installed)
Checking for conflicting software in msconfig
Removing my anti-virus
Going to iTunes preferences & running diagnostic (result = no iphone / ipod is detected)
Disabling automatic sync + clearing Sync history
I assume iphone hardware is ok as Windows detects & it connects to all other USB devices ok
Tried all USB ports on my PC

Anyone any ideas here? I haven't been able to sync for weeks!!!!

Thanks

Have you tried what is listed in this article? http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1538

Yep, just went through all of that today.....nothing.....

One strange thing though is that when i add the Apple device driver manually, it still shows that the driver being used is for a 'still digital camera'. I would have thought it would show as 'Apple Mobile Device Driver'. Strange. And i only re-installed iTunes yesterday so should be the latest software!
