The iPhone does not support anything over Bluetooth, except headsets. This would require that the iPhone support Bluetooth GPS receivers, of which, this is not the first. (I have a Nokia Bluetooth GPS receiver, which works wonderfully with my old Nokia, and even is functional on my Palm and Mac, but as the iPhone has zero support for data transfer over Bluetooth, it is useless with it.)

Until Apple opens up the Bluetooth stack on the iPhone for more than just audio (not even high quality stereo audio like Motorola has,) then all 'data' Bluetooth accessories are useless with it. (Although I would love for the included Maps to support real GPS, with live tracking and re-routing...)

when and if they do open it they will charge money just to do just like they are going to charge us for the new apps coming in the future

I was Found this thing online and it says it connects thought bluetooth to your phone to get gps my question is has anyone tried with the iphone yet its called "Keychain GPS Receiver with Bluetooth"

It won't work as a GPS through the iPhone but it may be able to connect via the iPhones Bluetooth to use as a handsfree on the GPS.

I have a Garmin Nuvi 680 GPS that pairs up with my iPhones bluetooth and I can make and take calls on my GPS screen. So yeah, right now the iPhone only uses bluetooth for ohone functions only on GPS units and pairs up with Headsets.
