UPDATE: I had success with my iPhone 1.1.1 with USA Spec PA11-GM45 on my '01 Camaro Monsoon system, it complains when connected that the accessory is not compatible, and if I want to try Airplane mode to reduce interference, but I select "No". It works pretty good, but the responsiveness controlling the iPhone leaves something to be desired, but it is a good solution overall. The manufacturer website says compatible with iPhone, but offers no document explaining what is supported, as no document on their site explains this.
Hopefully they will be updating the device firmware to add more complete iPhone compatibility in the near future.
