iphone won`t boot up !

hi guys
My iphone 3gs is in ( 5.0.1 ) 06.15.00
I jailbroke it but i couldnt unlock it with ultrasnow 1.2.4 , so i watched this video

And now i`am stuck in apple logo , i tried with redsnow 'just boot ' than it comes the pineapple logo for 4-5 min and than the apple logo and it wont boot up !

or should i wait for UNTETHERED jb , will my iphone boot up !
Please help !
