Just got a new hard drive and had Mojave installed. Plugging my iPhone into my computer gets me this dialog box "Do you want to allow this computer to access information on this iPhone?" I keep pressing allow and it flashes another box real quick telling me to allow from my iPhone but my iPhone has nothing on it, just keeps making a sound like when its first plugged in. It just keeps doing this non-stop until I unplug it. Any ideas?

First of all, have you applied all updates for macOS/iTunes? What is your iOS version? As first troubleshooting, restart everything, unlock your phone and connect it while unlocked. Still no 'Trust' box?

Thanks. I get no trust box at all. I keep getting the box asking me if I want to allow this computer to access information on the iPhone that pops back up two seconds after I click allow. I can press it 50 times and it keeps popping up. Then I got a box saying the iPhone needed to be updated, tried and it failed giving me this box
