My wife and I each have iPhone4's. I was trying to update them to 4.0.2 from 4.0.1 today. I plugged mine in and it synced fine; downloaded the update and it installed perfectly. I plug in her iPhone and iTunes won't recognize it. The usbmuxd process appears to hang - it takes 34% of the CPU and just sits there.

I get the following in the system.log:
iTunes[211]: NSDescription="kevent timeout" NSDebugDescription="Operation timed out" AFCFileLine="352" NSUnderlyingError="60" AFCFileName="platform.c" AFCCode="-402636788" AFCVersion="118.09999999999999"

I've reinstalled iTunes and the same thing occurs. Even after a full powerdown reboot.

Any thoughts?
