iPhone won't detect computer , computer won't detect iphone

iPhone won't detect computer , computer won't detect iPhone but if I drain iPhone power completely it will go from *plug In screen* to *plugged In screen* and it charges TILL BOOT then it shows as it is not connected.
Thing is, my iPad , other two iPhones work perfectly.
My iphone is jailbroken.

In device manager I can't even see my iphone.

I've tried pretty much everything, re installed iTunes, apple mobile support driver, restarted the service, I don't know what else to do.
I hard reset my iPhone too.

Windows 7 64 bit home premium
Samsung rf700
iPhone 3GS (outdated I know haha)
IOS 6.0.1

No, I took it off (pin lock once interfered with my ipad connecting so I knew it could be a cost).

How might I do that.....with my iphone not showing up in iTunes (or even my computer)
