iPhone won't download from the app store

Hello All,

My iPhone 4S will not download from the app store over the air. I was jailbroken so I did a complete restore and tired to install one app (facebook). Nothing. It just loads for a while and then says "Cannot download at this time. Try again?". I'm on AT&T and currently throttled, speedtest indicates 138ms PING, 0.11Mbps DOWNLOAD, and 1.75Mbps UPLOAD.

Whats the deal?

Did you restore as new or from a backup?

Every time I restore I do so as a new phone. I also read on the web that people were turning off iCloud to solve this issue. I did that and still bupkiss.

Try rebooting or try turning on Airplane mode for 30 seconds then turning it off.

I'm doing another full restore. Then I'll try the Airplane mode switch.

I did both things and nothing,

Probably timing out - and FB is a large app compared to some. Get to a WiFi network and see if your results improve.

I've tried real small apps too, it still times out. Ugh.
