Iphone wont get past apple sign

Right been have problems after a mate jailbroke my phone , So i have restored it with the new 4.3.3 firmware in a hope to sort it .

It went throught the motions of the restore process and now its doing the same thing the apple sign coming up then after a few mins a lil circle timer comes up under it and it dose this for a long while then reboots itself

Im really stuck and dont know what to do
 
We need details about which phone you have, what was installed on your phone, your computer's OS, etc.
