Iphone wont power up all the way?

I made the mistake of trying to replace the front screen on my iphone4s. When I finished, the phone turned on with no problem but it was nearly dead, so I put it on charge. I left it to charge for an hour and when I returned it was stuck in a boot cycle. I would see the apple logo for about 5 seconds, then it would go black for a few seconds and repeat the cycle again.

I tried recovery mode and got an unknown error from iTunes,

is my phone fixable?
