iPhone wont recognize payment to update

My iPhone4 wont recognize my credit/debit card, it says im using the wrong security code on the back of the card, when its the right one. What to do???

also on my MacBook its a 2008 and this annoyinggggg thing always pops up asking for a safari code?? I have no idea what it is or what the code it I just am always able to ex out...

If your card is maxed out it will keep rejecting the security code in itunes.
