Hi all, I've been trying to fix my iPhone 3GS for a couple of days now. Firstly I had it as a tethered jailbreak (4.1), but was trying to untether it.

Fast forward a few hours and an attempted pwnagetool hack among other things, my iPhone is now a brick.

Does anyone have any idea how I could fix this?

Thanks!

1st you can't brick a iphone unless it's hardware related! 2nd provide more details what you have done and how you do it if you got any errors what are they. Proper DFU mode will will let you restore stock firmware. best tutorials are on Iclarified.

I semi-sucessfully jail broke it to use 4.1 tethered, but everything went wrong when I put the device into Pwnd DFU mode using Redsnow. Since then, it will only boot to DFU mode.

Thanks
