Mines been doing the same thing but no one has had any help. ANYONE!?!?!?
heres the trick
so heres what you do download tiny umbrella (just google it) save your shsh blobs an start up the tss server and then open up you host file in terminal on mac by typing with out quotes"sudo nano /etc/hosts" you have to find where it is on windows. and you should see something like my screen shot. delete the line that says "127.0.0.1 gs.apple.com" and leave or add in IF IT IS NOT THERE "127.0.0.1 localhost" you have to then type "dscacheutil -flushcache" on mac without quotes in terminal and hit enter and then open tiny umbrella if its not open and then open iTunes and restore! it worked for me
