iPhone won't ring when calling

My iPhone 4 that's JB'd doesn't ring when I call people, it will ring when it is on speaker phone. This is NOT a problem with people calling me and it ringing. And yes my ringer switch is not on silent.

well if your ringer is on is your volume up? Im guessing it is. you might try to restore but you may end up taking it in for a replacement. if you can hear them talking you may have a software issue. but you need to get with it if you want to jailbreak again cause they may be getting low on replacements so your chances of getting the updated software are pretty high. and it may be an app you put on that is causing the conflict. but I dont think there is any hardware that would cause your issue
