iPhone won’t sync all my videos & pictures to MacBook

i can’t figure it out it only syncs like 30% of my videos & photos to iTunes. Anyone know how I can sync & fix this problem ASAP. I have videos of my pregnancy, birth, & most importantly her Daddy who passed away 3months ago. She’s only 2 & these are the only memories I have for her & im terrified of losing these precious moments. Please someone help TIA.

Try attaching your iPhone to your Mac (assuming you have a Mac) and then open your "Image Capture" application. That should import the photos and videos for you. Also, make sure you have a current backup of your iPhone both to iTunes and also to iCloud before doing anything else.
