iPhone won't sync music

No matter what I do it seems my 8GB 2G iPhone won't sync music. It won't add songs, won't delete songs, won't do anything. I even unclick sync music and nothing changes...anyone know how to fix this?

On 3.1.3 jailbroken and unlocked
